Yes, the C&H TripPro website is designed “for travel agent use only.” In order to gain access to our low Consolidator Air Fares online, simply click the TripPro link on the Home page and follow the guided instructions to register your travel agency..
2. How do I become a registered user?
To become a registered user. you may register on our home page via the “Register” link. Travel agents will be prompted to provide general agency information.
3. Can I register without an ARC/IATA number?
Yes, for non ARC/IATA users simply leave the ARC/IATA information blank on the registration page.
4. What should I do if I forget my user ID and /or password?
To ensure that your privacy is protected, a user ID and Password is required when entering our site. If you have forgotten or lost your password, please contact our online support desk via e-mail. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
5. How do I know if I have successfully created a booking?
After confirmed the booking, you will receive a message stating “YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A BOOKING.” Under this phrase you will find a six character record locator that can be used to relocate your PNR when you are ready for further processing.
6. How do I check contract fare rules?
Contract fare rules can be found in two areas of our site. The first is during the initial creation of the online booking; fare rules can be located during the fare selection process. The second is after the booking has been successful created; insta-manage feature can be used to recall the PNR. After the PNR has been found, click on the “details” of your reservation and scroll to the bottom of the screen for the fare rules.
